Tab. Colopsa 100mg tds (Mebeverine) or Tab. Spasmapriv 100 mg tds, If Dysentry is the prominent symptom.

Tab. Eldicet 50 mg 1 bd to tds If abdoomonal pain cramps is  the prominent symptom.

Tab. Imosec 2mg 1 bd to tds (Loperamide) or Tab. Lomotil 2-5 mg. bd.

If stools are small and hard, Isaphgul 2 tsp at bed time.

Tab. Depsonil 25g. tds x 30 or Cap. Fluoxetine 20mg.
